Amazing Promotional Art for Marvel’s INFINITY by Adam Kubert

It's been a while since I saw a comic book artwork that impressed me or that made me go wow! So I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the promotional art for Marvel's new crossover comic, INFINITY. This promotional art, which also happens to be the cover for issue #1 was created by legendary comic artist Andy Kubert and it is amazing! I've always been a fan of Adam Kubert, but I believe that this is one of my all-time favorite images that he has ever done. check out the full image below

Oh Crap: Ben Affleck is Batman!

So, its official: Ben Affleck will play Batman in the next Superman movie tentatively called Batman vs. Superman. Now I've got nothing against him but of all the actors in the world, you had to choose Ben Affleck??? I don't hate him as an actor, but I'm still very bitter about that awful Daredevil movie. Whenever I think of him in a mask, all I see is Daredevil. And the problem is that Daredevil is not even on the same league as Batman. Batman is simply awesome!! I mean come on, look at the really awesome pics of Batman below:

A Complete Login and Authentication Application Tutorial for CakePHP 2.3

Cake provides a very good tutorial on how to use the Auth component, but its not complete. So, I spent a couple hours setting up a complete tutorial that you can download. Here is what we will be creating: A web application that uses CakePHP's Auth component to login and logout as well as bar access to certain pages if the user is not authorized. Once a user is logged-in, they will be able to go the dashboard and edit users. (Please note that I am not changing the default CakePHP theme. So below is what the login screen looks like:)

How to turn off Google Personalized Search

In case you did not know it, Google uses a feature called Google Personalized Search on all your search results. With Google Personalized Search, Google "personalizes" search results for each individual person based on what Google already knows about them and their search history. This means that, when you and some else search for the same keywords, different results will be displayed based on what Google already knows about you.
