My 2016 Montreal Comiccon Experience

in Comic Books/Entertainment/News & Rants

So, this weekend, I attended the 2016 Montreal Comiccon with my daughters and my partners from Benny Crew Studios. As usual, we had a great time and we met all kinds of special guests and fans with fancy and elaborate costumes.

On Saturday, I attended the Montreal comiccon as a casual fan with both of my daughters, Anisah and Khadijah, who served as models for many of my pictures. We got to meet DMC of Run DMC, Carlton of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and pretty much the entire cast of Spartacus. We also took a lot of pictures with various fans dressed as their favorite super heroes. (lots of pics below)

On Friday, we were attending the comiccon as fans but also because we were hosting a panel. Our panel was a huge success with over 40 people coming to listen to Rob, Tarik and myself talk about our experience with various tools for digital illustrators. You can download our 2016 Montreal Comiccon presentation here.
